0 <br />Section 31-81. Yard regulations. <br />The following yard requirements apply in B-1 Business <br />Districts: <br />(a) Front yard. There shall be a front yard having a depth <br />of not less than twenty feet. <br />(b) Side yard(s). A side yard is not required except on the <br />side of a lot adjoining a residential district, in which case, <br />there shall be a one -foot side yard for every two feet of building <br />height, with a minimum of ten feet of side yard, but on a corner <br />lot where the adjoining residential district is across the street, <br />the required street side Yard shall be only five feet. <br />w w w <br />Section 31-117.1. Definitions. <br />For the purposes of this article, the following words and <br />phrases shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them: <br />• w w w <br />Manufactured Home Park or Subdivision. A parcel (or <br />contiguous parcels) of land divided into two or more manufactured <br />home lots for rent or sale. <br />Mobile Home. A structure, transportable in one or more <br />sections, which is built on a permanent chassis and designed to be <br />used with or without a permanent foundation when connected to the <br />required utilities. For flood plain management purposes, the term <br />•manufactured home" also includes mobile homes, park trailers, <br />travel trailers, and other similar vehicles placed on site for <br />greater than 180 consecutive days. For insurance purposes the <br />term "manufactured _home" does not include park trailers, travel <br />trailers, and other similar vehicles. It does not include <br />recreational vehicles or travel trailera.- Such definition shall <br />be applicable to this article notwithstanding any different <br />meaning ascribed to such term by any other provision of this Code. <br />w w e <br />Section 31-119.
