(iii) sixty (60) days after the end of the appeal <br />period following entry of the enforcing officer's final condem- <br />nation order relating to the premises, if no appeal is filed; or <br />(iv) sixty (60) days after entry of the decision of <br />the Building Code Board of Appeals affirming or modifying a final <br />condemnation order relating to the premises; or <br />(v) ninety (90) days after the current occupant or <br />occupants receive actual notice from the enforcing officer, the <br />owner or by any other means, that the enforcing officer has begun <br />condemnation proceedings related to the premises. <br />Sec. 5-48. Transfer of ownership or occupancy of condemned <br />building. <br />It shall be unlawful for the owner of any condemned <br />building, wall or other structure to sell, lease or otherwise <br />transfer title or possession of such building, wall or other <br />structure to another until the provisions of the condemnation <br />notice or order have been complied with, or until such owner <br />shall first have furnished to the grantee, lessee or transferee a <br />true copy of any such condemnation notice or order, as issued or <br />as modified, if modified, and have furnished to the enforcing <br />officer a signed and notarized statement from the grantee, lessee <br />or transferee acknowledging receipt of such violation notice or <br />order and acknowledging that the condemnation proceedings will <br />continue without reissuance of the notice of condemnation in a <br />new name. <br />Sec. 5-49. Penalties. <br />Failure to comply with any final order of condemnation, and <br />violation of any other provision of this article, shall each be a <br />misdemeanor.
