• (3) The applicant has had city water or gas service at <br />the same or some other address within the past <br />twenty-four (24) months and had no terminations for <br />nonpayment within the most recent twenty-four (24) <br />months in which he had service. <br />• <br />Sec. 31-66. Charge for restoring service terminated for <br />nonpayment. and charge for collection immediately prior to <br />termination. <br />u For turning gas on again after it has been terminated for <br />nonpayment, there shall be a charge of twenty <br />dollars ($20.00), payable in advance. When such restoration of <br />service is required during other than normal business hours, this <br />charge shall be doubled. <br />($10.00). <br />ARTICLE III. WATER AND SEWERS GENERALLY. <br />Sec. 31-104. Charge for turning on water. <br />There shall be a charge of twenty dollars <br />($20.00) for turning on water service, either initially or after it <br />has been discontinued. <br />ARTICLE IV. WATER AND SEWER SERVICE CHARGES. <br />Sec. 31-152.
