Sec. 34-146 Permitted uses - By right. <br />The following uses shall be permitted by right in the R-lA <br />District: <br />(a) The principal structure contains as of June 3 <br />RT-rlqfflRmrfrlw-ff"-- <br />(b) A separate entrance to the accessory apartment is <br />not located on the exterior front of the house; <br />structure may not be expanded or enlarged to accommodate the <br />accessory unit; <br />(d) The total floor area of the accessory apartment does <br />not exceed 400 square feet and the area occupied for sleeping <br />purposes within the apartment is less than 150 square feet and - -a <br />oQcupied by no more than two persons; <br />Live 125) percent or eighteen (18) feet of the front yard street <br />frontage whichever is greater shall be improved for parking; and <br />(fl One of the two dwelling units must be owner occupied <br />Sec. 34-147.
