HEIGHT. YARD AND AREA REGULATIONS. <br />Sec. 34-148. Height Regulations. <br />The height regulations for the R -1A Residential District shall <br />• <br />be the same as required in the R-1 Residential District <br />Sec. 34-149. Yard Regulations. <br />The following requirements shall be met except as provided in <br />article XXIII of this chapter entitled Exceptions and <br />Modifications: <br />(1) Front yard The front yard requirement shall be same as <br />R-1 Residential District. <br />(2) Side Yard: <br />of the <br />building. <br />(b) A lot <br />occupied by a two-family dwelling <br />shall have a <br />side yard <br />of not <br />less than ten (10) feet on each <br />side of the <br />building. <br />(c) A <br />lot occupied by a nonresidential <br />building or <br />structure <br />shall have <br />a side yard on each side of not <br />less than <br />building types shall have a side yard along the street side of a <br />corner lot of not less than twenty (20) feet <br />• (3) Rear Yard: <br />(a) For all residential dwellings there shall be a rear <br />yard having a depth of not less than twenty-five (25) feet <br />7 <br />
