8.04 Additional Reports. Grantee shall prepare and <br />• furnish to the City, within a reasonable time, such additional <br />reports with respect to its operation, affairs, transactions or <br />property, which are reasonably necessary for the administration <br />and enforcement of this Franchise. <br />8.05 Maps. Grantee shall maintain on file with the City <br />at all times a current map or set of maps drawn to scale <br />showing the System and all equipment installed or in place in <br />Streets and other public places. <br />8.06 Periodic Inspection. The City and Grantee shall, at <br />the request of the City, undertake an inspection of the System <br />to ascertain the System performance at randomly selected <br />Subscriber Drops selected by the City. The request for such an <br />inspection will be made on the basis of Complaints received or <br />other evidence indicating an unresolved controversy or problem. <br />A. The City shall give written notice to Grantee of <br />the City's intention to undertake an inspection of the <br />System and the name of that Person who will participate <br />for the City. <br />B. Grantee shall, within two (2) days of receipt of <br />the City notice, select one Person who will participate <br />for Grantee and so notify the City. <br />• C. The representatives of the City and Grantee <br />shall, within three (3) days of the selection of the <br />Grantee representative, select a third representative. <br />D. 1. The representatives shall commence the <br />inspection of the System at the headend by <br />viewing all programmed Channels or a <br />representative portion thereof and, by a <br />decision of the majority, determine whether the <br />quality of the signals meets all applicable <br />technical standards outlined within this <br />Franchise and state and federal law. <br />2. The representatives shall then view the <br />System performance at appropriate Subscriber <br />Drops. The representatives shall view all or a <br />representative portion of the program Channels <br />at each location and, by a decision of the <br />majority, determine whether the quality of the <br />signals meets all applicable technical standards <br />outlined within this Franchise and state and <br />federal law. <br />-23- <br />
