• Sec. 31-156. Monthly service charges. <br />Any person having a connection directly or indirectly, to the <br />city sewer system shall pay therefor a monthly charge as follows: <br />(a) A basic monthly service charge of $1.25. <br />(b) An additional charge of $9-44 $9.51 per thousand cubic <br />feet, of metered water consumption. <br />(c) <br />2.
