0 <br />• <br />u <br />AN ORDINANCE <br />AMENDING AND REORDAINING SECTION 31-114 OF THE CODE <br />OF THE CITY OF CHARLOTTESVILLE, 1990, AS AMENDED, <br />RELATED TO INSTALLATION COSTS OF <br />WATER AND SEWER LINE EXTENSIONS IN SUBDIVISIONS. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville, <br />Virginia that Section 31-114 of Article III of Chapter 31 of the <br />Code of the City of Charlottesville, 1990, as amended, are hereby <br />amended and reordained as follows: <br />CHAPTER 31. UTILITIES <br />ARTICLE III. WATER AND SEWERS GENERALLY. <br />Section 31-114.
