for monthly service provided at each location. Each of <br />• these Installations should include a Signal Drop, one <br />outlet, and one Converter (or such other terminal <br />equipment as may be necessary to provide an electronic <br />interface with a television receiver). The public <br />buildings to be provided this service shall include, but <br />not be limited to, the following: <br />1. Those public school buildings which are <br />currently receiving service from Grantee as of the <br />date of acceptance of this Franchise; <br />2. Up to five (5) locations in the City hall <br />complex, or other City -owned buildings, to be <br />designated by the City manager; <br />3. The community attention homes for boys and <br />for girls; <br />4. The Jefferson -Madison Regional Library main <br />branch; <br />5. The Jefferson -Madison Regional Library <br />Gordon Avenue branch; <br />6. The City police department; <br />• 7. Meadow Creek Golf Course Club House. <br />C. Should City construct or move any of the <br />aforementioned facilities beyond 300 feet of the existing <br />System, as upgraded, Grantee shall not be required to absorb <br />the installation costs for such facilities until such time as <br />Grantee extends its system to accommodate same. <br />5.05 Technical Standards. The System shall be designed, <br />constructed and operated so as to meet those technical <br />standards promulgated by the FCC relating to Cable Systems <br />contained in part 76 of the FCC's rules and regulations as may, <br />from time to time, be amended. The results of tests required <br />by the FCC will be made available to the City upon request. <br />5.06 Special Testing. <br />A. At any time after commencement of service to <br />Subscribers, the City may require or may retain an <br />independent engineer to perform additional tests, full or <br />partial repeat tests, different test procedures, or tests <br />involving a specific Subscriber's Drop. Such additional <br />tests will be made on the basis of Complaints received or <br />other evidence indicating an unresolved controversy or <br />• significant noncompliance, and such tests will be limited <br />to the particular matter in controversy.
