shall first be given to Grantee and Grantee shall be given <br />• fourteen (14) days to resolve issue to City's satisfaction. <br />B. The City shall endeavor to so arrange its <br />requests for such special tests so as to minimize hardship <br />or inconvenience to Grantee or to the Subscriber. <br />C. If such special testing establishes that the <br />System meets all required technical standards, the City <br />shall bear the expense for such special testing. <br />D. If such special testing establishes that the <br />System does not meet all required technical standards, <br />Grantee shall bear the expense for such special testing. <br />5.07 Signal Ouality. The System shall produce a picture <br />that is consistent with FCC rules contained in Section 76.605 <br />of the Code of Federal Regulations as may, from time to time, <br />be amended, and attached hereto as Exhibit B. <br />5.08 Semi -Annual Testing. <br />A. Grantee shall conduct semi-annual technical <br />performance tests and provide copies of the test results <br />to the City upon request. These semi-annual tests shall <br />be conducted at six (6) System extremity test points and <br />. shall include: Summation sweep response across the entire <br />band; Signal-to-noise ratio measurements on at least two <br />(2) Channels; and hum -to -carrier level measurements on one <br />(1) Channel. <br />B. The tests may, upon request of the City, be <br />witnessed by representatives of the City. If one or more <br />of the locations tested fail to meet the performance <br />standards, Grantee shall complete corrective measures and <br />report to the City the corrective measures so taken. The <br />entire test shall be repeated for the locations. Grantee <br />shall bear the expense of all such testing. <br />-12- <br />
