CHAPTER 34. ZONING <br />• Sec. 34-47. Records and reports of administrator. <br />(a) The zoning administrator shall keep careful and <br />comprehensive records of applications, permits issued, certificates <br />issued, inspections made, reports rendered and notices issued. He <br />shall retain en Elle eegtes records of all papers action in <br />connection with building work se le—, -- any part ef the building <br />er—strueture #-e—wlrieh t-19ey gelate may be in = stenee as recuired <br />by State Law. <br />Sec. 34-106. Fee for appeals. <br />Each appeal to the board of zoning appeals shall be accompanied <br />by a fee of seventy five ($,5.99) one hundred dollars ($100.00) to <br />defray the expense of processing such appeal. Such fee shall be <br />paid to the City Treasurer. <br />Sec. 34-141. Yard regulations. <br />The following requirements shall be met in the R-1 District <br />• except as provided in article III of this chapter. <br />(1) Front yard. There shall be a front yard having a depth of <br />not less than thirty (39) twenty-five (25) feet; provided, <br />however, that on any parcel where forty (40) percent or more of <br />the parcels within five hundred (500) feet in either direction <br />fronting on the same side of the street have front yards of a <br />greater or lesser depth than thirty (39`(39` twenty-five (25) feet, <br />the required front yard for such parcel shall be the average <br />depth of the existing front yards of all such parcels within <br />five hundred (500) feet in either direction. In no case shall <br />this regulation be interpreted to require a front yard of more <br />than sixty (60) feet. <br />Sec. 34-143. Required sidewalks, curbs and gutters. <br />(a) For the protection of pedestrians and to control drainage <br />problems, sidewalks, curbs and gutters shall be required along all <br />public rights-of-way when any unimproved parcel or lot within an <br />R-1 Residential District is developed, unless specifically exempted <br />by the planning eemmisslen Director of Planning on the basis of <br />criteria for sidewalk construction set forth in the comprehensive <br />plan. <br />• U)I 1L Lile 1J1LCC 1.
