n <br />LJ <br />Sec. 29-119. Final plats for major subdivisions. <br />(3) Apigraval ef a—€ictal plat shall be valid far ene year. An <br />approved final plat which has been recorded shall be valid for <br />a period of five years from the date of approval. If the plat <br />has not been recorded within one year of the date of approval, <br />the approval shall be veld withdrawn and the plat marked void <br />and returned to the Director of Planning and Community <br />Development. <br />Sec. 29-120. Definitions. <br />Yard, front: A yard extended across the front of a lot between <br />the side yard lines and being the minimum horizontal distance <br />between the street right-of-way line and the main building or any <br />projection thereof, other than steps, unenclosed balconies and <br />uncovered unenclosed porches. On corner lots, the front yard shall <br />be considered as being adjacent to the street on which the lot has <br />its least dimension. <br />Page 2 <br />
