Sec. 34-857.3. Tree species; required variety. <br />Sec. 34-884. Dumpster enclosures. <br />(b) Dumpsters shall be located on a pad of sufficient size to <br />adequately accommodate loading and unloading vehicles without <br />damage to the surrounding surfaces, with a minimum dimension of ten <br />(10) feet in width and twenty (20) feet in length. <br />(d) Dumpsters shall be screened with an enclosure at a minimum <br />height of one (1) foot above the height of the dumpster and with a <br />minimum inside a'_.._sie ..r `e (1 9` feet inside clearance at the <br />opening of twelve (12) feet. <br />Sec. 34-905. General standards for issuance. <br />No special permit or special use permit shall be issued except <br />upon a finding that in addition to conformity with any standards <br />set forth in this chapter for special permit uses, the following <br />general standards will be met either by the proposal made in the <br />application or by the proposal as modified or amended and made part <br />of the special permit: <br />(1) Conformity with comprehensive plan and policies. The <br />applicant shall demonstrate that the proposal as submitted or as <br />modified shall conform to the comprehensive plan of the city or to <br />specific elements of such plan, and to official policies adopted in <br />relation thereto, including the purposes of this chapter. <br />(2) Impact on neighborhood. The applicant shall demonstrate that <br />• the proposal as submitted or as modified shall not have undue <br />adverse impact on the surrounding neighborhood or the community. <br />Page 16 <br />
