Notwithstanding the provisions of section 34-765 or 34- <br />805, the director of planning and community development may approve <br />the attachment or suspension of a sign from an existing <br />freestanding or projecting sign or, in the case of a building on a <br />site with more than one street frontage or more than one principal <br />entrance, one additional freestanding or projecting sign per <br />additional street frontage or principal entrance, if the director <br />of planning and community development determines that such an <br />arrangement is in keeping with the architectural character of the <br />Sec. 34-834. Review Fees. <br />• Each site plan shall be accompanied by a fee of fifty a_'_'_ar= <br />($50.9) one hundred dollars ($100.00) for the first $100,000 in <br />site improvements and 55.00 for each $1,000 in site improvements <br />above $100,000 to defray the expense of reviewing such site plan. <br />building.
