Sec. 34-771. Height, nature of freestanding and projecting signs. <br />• ...... <br />(d) All freestanding signs including around signs shall be placed <br />in a landscape setting around the base. <br />Sec. 34-781. Removal. <br />Any sign which is hereafter unlawfully installed, improperly <br />maintained or any nonconforming sign other than billboards where <br />the premises have been vacant for two (2) years or more, shall be <br />taken down and removed by the owner, agent or person having the <br />beneficial use of the building or structure or land upon which such <br />sign may be found, within ten (10)thirty (30) days after written <br />notification to do so from the zoning administrator. Upon failure <br />to comply with such notice within the time specified herein, the <br />zoning administrator may cause the removal of such sign. Any <br />expenses incident thereto shall be paid by the owner of the <br />building or structure or land upon which such sign is erected. <br />Sec. 34-805.
