Required spaces for specific uses. <br />The following chart sets forth the number of off-street parking <br />spaces required for specific uses: <br />Type of Use Minimum Number of Required Parking Spaces <br />(a) Residential: <br />(1) ... ... <br />(2) Multiple Dwellings. 1 space for each efficiency, studio unit <br />or unit not containing a separate <br />bedroom. 1% spaces for each unit with 1 <br />or 2 bedrooms or rooms usable as <br />bedrooms. 2 spaces for each unit with 3 <br />bedrooms. 4 spaces for each unit with 4 <br />bedrooms. % additional space for each <br />bedroom or room usable as a bedroom in <br />excess of g 4 per unit. However,no <br />multiple dwelling which existed (for <br />which a building permit had been issued) <br />in conformity with the parking require- <br />ments in effect before November 15, 1982 <br />shall be considered a non -conforming use <br />as a result of the amendment to this <br />section adopted on that date. <br />Sec. 34-723.
