• Approved June 20, 1994 ►lkti CFil} NkKVkCD AFFIRMING THE CREATION OF A SPECIAL ASSESSMENT DISTRICT PURSUANT TO VIRGINIA CODE §§ 15.1-239, et sect., ESTABLISHING THE PORTION OF PROJECT COSTS TO BE LEVIED AS AN ASSESSMENT ON THE PROPERTIES IN SUCH DISTRICT; RECITING THE FINDINGS OF CITY COUNCIL IN REGARD TO THE BENEFITS ACCRUING TO PROPERTIES WITHIN SAID DISTRICT; ESTABLISHING THE AMOUNT OF THE ASSESSMENT TO BE LEVIED ON EACH SUCH PROPERTY; LEVYING SAID ASSESSMENTS AN PROVIDING FOR THE TIME, MANNER AND TERMS OF THE COLLECTION THEREOF. BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville: SECTION 1. The action of City Council taken at a meeting on January 19, 1993, creating a special assessment district in the Willard Drive -Cleveland Avenue area, is hereby ratified and affirmed. The special assessment district is comprised of the following properties: SECTION 2. The Council finds and declares that the total cost of the improvements to the Willard Drive -Cleveland Avenue area, including, but not limited to, the replacement of and expansion of facilities for storm water drainage, is $70,977.14, and that $12,388.54 of such total cost may lawfully be and should be apportioned to and assessed against the parcels of real property and improvements thereon abutting such improvements and comprising such district. SECTION 3.
