. (b) This section shall not apply to special contracts for the <br />consumption of water which have been authorized by the city <br />council. <br />Sec. 31-156. Sewer service charges generally. <br />(a) Any person having a connection directly or indirectly, to <br />the city sewer system shall pay therefor a monthly charge as <br />follows: <br />1994. <br />• <br />(1) A basic monthly service charge of one dollar and twenty- <br />five cents ($1.25). <br />(2) An additional charge of _____= ellars and simm`y nine eents <br />'Ta9.69T ten dollars and forty-six cents ($10.46) per one <br />thousand (1,000) cubic feet, of metered water <br />consumption. <br />2.
