AN ORDINANCE • AMENDING AND REORDAINING SECTIONS 26-61 AND 26-64 OF THE CHARLOTTESVILLE CITY CODE, 1990, AS AMENDED, ADDING THE OPTION OF PURCHASING AN ANNUAL REFUSE COLLECTION STICKER. BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville, Virginia, that Sections 26-61 and 26-64 of Article V of Chapter 26 of the Charlottesville City Code, 1990, as amended, are hereby amended and reordained as follows: ARTICLE V. FEES FOR CURBSIDE REFUSE COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL. Section 26-61. Definitions. Curbside Customers ... Refuse ... Disposal Stickers or Stickers - are stickers purchased from the City or its authorized agents. They shall be a distinctive color and shall be printed with the City Seal or appropriate words • which will readily indicate to City collectors of curbside refuse that the bags or containers on which the stickers are attached are intended for city refuse collection. They may be of twe three types_ , ene for large size containers of no more than 32 gallons weighing no more than 50 pounds for e- small containers of no more than 47& 13 gallon capacity weighing no more than 25 pounds: and an annual sticker for containers of no more than 32 gallon capacity and weighing no more than 50 pounds. Disposal stickers shall be sold by the City or its authorized agents at the following regular or list prices: $ 0.80 per "large" container sticker (up to 32 gallon capacity and up to 50 pounds). $ 0.40 per "small" container sticker (up to 4--6 13 gallons capacity and up to 25 pounds) $ 40.00 per "annual" container sticker if purchased between 40 July 1 and September 30
