(1) The Alarm User may submit a detailed written statement of <br />. the basis for its disagreement with such action to the <br />City Manager within ten (10) days of the date notice of <br />such action was mailed to the Alarm User. Such statement <br />shall contain the Alarm User's name, the address at which <br />the Alarm System is installed and the date of the False <br />Alarm that is being contested. <br />(2) Upon receipt of such written appeal, the City Manager or <br />his designee may grant relief from such action, or may <br />uphold the action. The decision of the City Manager or <br />his designee shall be final. <br />(f) In the event that any Alarm User's permission to install, <br />use, operate and/or maintain any Alarm System is denied or revoked, <br />the City shall discontinue police response to alarms that may be <br />generated by the Alarm System for which permission has been denied <br />or revoked. <br />• <br />L <br />Approved by Council <br />June 3, 1996 <br />rk of City Council <br />Page 5 <br />
