Pantops Drive, Suite B-1 <br />Charlottesville, VA 22911 <br />BOUNDARY ADJUSTMENT DEED <br />THIS DEED OF BOUNDARY ADJUSTMENT, made this day of May, <br />1999, by and between KAREN WARNER SMITH, married, ("Smith") whose <br />address is 795 Bedford Hills Drive, Earlysville, VA 22936; SUZANNE C. <br />KRAMER, married, ("Kramer") whose address is <br />and the CITY OF <br />CHARLOTTESVILLE ("City"), whose address is <br />WITNESSETH <br />WHEREAS, the parties hereto are the owners of adjoining tracts of land <br />® designated on the City of Charlottesville Tax Map 47, as Parcels 22 and 20.1 and as <br />shown on the attached plat of B. Aubrey Huffman & Associates, Ltd., dated May 4, <br />1999, which plat is attached hereto and recorded herewith as part of this Deed; <br />WHEREAS, in order to make certain boundary adjustments as shown on the <br />attached Plat, the parties have agreed that (a) Smith, the owner of Parcel 22, will <br />convey Parcel W on the attached plat to Kramer, the owner of Parcel 20.1; (b) <br />Kramer will convey Parcel X on the attached plat to Smith, (c) the City will convey <br />Parcel Y on the attached Plat to Smith; and (d) the City will convey Parcel Z on the <br />attached Plat to Kramer; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and the sum of One <br />Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is <br />hereby acknowledged by Smith, Smith hereby GRANTS, BARGAINS, SELLS and <br />CONVEYS with GENERAL WARRANTY and ENGLISH COVENANTS OF <br />• TITLE unto Kramer, as her sole and separate estate, Parcel W on the attached Plat. <br />Page] of 5 <br />
