• This conveyance is made by Smith to Kramer as a boundary adjustment between adjoining <br />property owners, and Parcel W shall become a part of Parcel 20.1. <br />AND, in consideration of the premises and One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and <br />valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by Kramer, Kramer <br />hereby GRANTS, BARGAINS, SELLS and CONVEYS with GENERAL WARRANTY and <br />ENGLISH COVENANTS OF TITLE unto Smith, as her sole and separate estate, Parcel X <br />on the attached Plat. This conveyance is made by Kramer to Smith as a boundary adjustment <br />between adjoining property owners, and Parcel X shall become a part of Parcel 22. <br />AND, in consideration of the premises and One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and <br />valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by the City, the City <br />• hereby QUITCLAIMS unto Smith all of its right, title and interest in Parcel Y on the attached <br />Plat.
