Prepared by Charlottesville City Attorney's Office <br />• October 24, 2000 <br />Portion of Penn Park Lane on Albemarle TM 61A <br />THIS DEED OF EASEMENT made this day of , 2000, by <br />and among the CITY OF CHARLOTTESVILLE, VIRGINIA ("City"), a municipal corporation, P.O. <br />Box 911, Charlottesville, Virginia 22902, Grantor; WALTER F. SULLIVAN, Bishop of the Catholic <br />Diocese of Richmond, 811 Cathedral Place, Richmond, Virginia 23220-4801, First Grantee; and the <br />ALBEMARLE COUNTY SERVICE AUTHORITY ("ACSA"), 168 Spotnap Road, Charlottesville, <br />Virginia 22911, Second Grantee. <br />WITNESSETH: <br />That for and in consideration of the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00), the;=receipt of which is <br />hereby acknowledged, Grantor does hereby REMISE, RELEASE and QUITCLAIM unto the First <br />• Grantee a temporary easement and right-of-way twenty (20) feet in width, as depicted on the plat dated <br />October _, 2000, prepared by Residential Surveying Services and attached hereto and made a part <br />hereof as Exhibit A, to construct, install, maintain, repair, replace and extend a sanitary sewer line, <br />consisting of pipes and appurtenances thereto, which easement and right-of-way shall remain in effect <br />only until said sewer line shall have been accepted for maintenance by Second Grantee, whereupon all <br />rights of First Grantee to such easement and right-of-way, except such rights as it may have in common <br />with the public, shall automatically terminate and be of no further effect. <br />FURTHERMORE, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00), the receipt <br />of which is hereby acknowledged, Grantor does hereby REMISE, RELEASE and QUITCLAIM unto <br />the Second Grantees a perpetual easement and right-of-way twenty (20) feet in width, as depicted in <br />Exhibit A, to install, replace, maintain, extend and repair a sanitary sewer line, consisting of pipes and <br />L <br />
