Prepared by Charlottesville City Attorney's Office <br />June 6, 2001 <br />Portion of City Valley Road Ext. right-of-way <br />• <br />THIS QUITCLAIM DEED, made and entered into this day of , 2001, <br />by and between THE CITY OF CHARLOTTESVILLE, VIRGINIA, Grantor, and THOMAS B. <br />ROHR, Grantee, whose address is 103 North Baker Street, Charlottesville, Virginia 22903. <br />WITNESSETH: <br />That for and in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00), cash in hand paid, the <br />receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, Grantor does hereby REMISE, RELEASE and forever <br />QUITCLAIM unto Grantee, his successors in title and assigns, any and all right, title and interest <br />it may possess in and to the following described real estate, to -wit: <br />All that certain parcel of land designated as Parcel X, approximately <br />932 square feet in area, on a plat made by B. Aubrey Huffman & <br />• Associates, Ltd. dated March 19, 2001, which plat is attached hereto <br />and made a part hereof. <br />In consideration of this conveyance, Grantee does hereby GRANT and CONVEY to the City <br />of Charlottesville a perpetual easement and right-of-way, approximately fifteen feet (15') in width, <br />to replace, maintain, extend and repair a sanitary sewer line, shown and labeled "Proposed Sanitary <br />Sewer Easement" on the attached plat. The conveyance of this perpetual easement and right-of-way <br />includes the perpetual right of ingress and egress for the above-mentioned purposes. <br />The City of Charlottesville, acting by and through its Mayor, does hereby accept the <br />conveyance of this easement, pursuant to Virginia Code §15.2-1803, as evidenced by signature <br />hereto. <br />0 <br />
