E <br />11 <br />cc <br />BEFORE THE CM COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHARLOTTESVILLE, VIRGINIA <br />IN RE: PETITION FOR REZONING (City Application No. ZM-05-8-ii) <br />STATEMENT OF FINAL PROFFER CONDITIONS <br />Dated as of October 19, 2005; Revised through December 5, 2005 <br />TO THE HONORABLE MAYOR AND MEMBERS OF THE COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OFC . <br />The undersigned individuals are the owners of a parcel of land subject to the above - <br />referenced rezoning petition, more specifically, 625 Monticello Road, identified on City Tax Map <br />57 as Parcel 95 (hereinafter, "Subject Property"). The Owners and Applicant seek to amend the <br />current zoning of the property subject to certain voluntary development conditions set forth <br />below. <br />The Owners and Applicant hereby proffer and agree that if the Subject Property is <br />rezoned as requested, the rezoning will be subject to, and the Owners will abide by, the following <br />conditions: <br />1. Permitted uses of the property shall be a boarding house or rooming house, and <br />any use permitted in both the R -1S and B -i zoning classifications. <br />2.
