(a) Dumpsters shall be located on a pad of sufficient size to adequately accommodate loading and unloading <br />• vehicles without damage to the surrounding surfaces, with a minimum dimension of ten (10) feet in width <br />and twenty (20) feet in length. All dumpsters shall be screened as required by $34-872(b)(2). <br />(b)... <br />Article IX. Generally Applicable Regulations <br />Sec. 34-972.
