(2)Where there is no parking adjacent to circulation aisles, minimum aisle width shall be twenty (20) <br />• feet for one-way travel aisles, and twenty-four (24) feet for two-way travel aisles. Where there is 90 -degree <br />parking adjacent to both sides of a circulation aisle the aisle width shall be no less than twenty (20) feet, and <br />no more than twenty-four (24) feet, as minimally necessary to provide a total aisle parking width of no more <br />than sixty (60) feet. <br />Sec. 34-976. Driveways. <br />The location and design of entrance and exit driveways shall be approved by the director of neighborhood <br />development services to ensure a safe and convenient means of ingress and egress, and all such driveways, <br />except those serving single- and two-family dwellings, shall conform to the following standards: <br />(1) ... <br />(3)No driveway entering a street at the curb line shall be located within fifteen (15) feet of the right- <br />of-way of an intersecting street, or less than five (5) from the end of the curb radius. Improved surfaces. <br />All off-street parking facilities shall be constructed of an improved surface of hard asphalt topping, or other <br />surface resistant to erosion and acceptable to the city engineer, and shall be graded, drained and/or improved <br />so as to properly dispose of all surface water, in accordance with sound engineering practices and standards. <br />In no case shall drainage be authorized to cross sidewalks and the owner of the parking facility shall be <br />responsible for maintenance of seek drainage facilities and improvements. <br />• Sec. 34-984.
