0 <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND AND REORDAIN <br />SECTION 34-662 OF CHAPTER 34 (ZONING) OF THE CODE <br />OF THE CITY OF CHARLOTTESVILLE (1990), AS AMENDED, <br />RELATING TO MIXED USE ZONING IN <br />THE CHERRY AVENUE CORRIDOR DISTRICT <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville, Virginia, that Section <br />34-662 of Article VI of Chapter 34 (Zoning) of the Charlottesville City Code, 1990, as amended, <br />is hereby amended and reordained, as follows: <br />See. 34-662. Additional regulations. <br />(a)... <br />(b)... <br />(c)... <br />(d)... <br />(e) No ground floor residential uses may front on a primary or linking street unless a <br />building fronts on more than one (1) primary or linking street in which case ground <br />floor residential uses may front on one (1) primary and/or linking street Under no <br />circumstances, however, shall any ground floor residential uses front on Chem <br />• Avenue or Roosevelt Brown Boulevard.
