Prepared by Charlottesville City Attorney's Office <br />Tax Map Parcels 18A136000 and 18A137000 <br />THIS ABANDONMENT AND RELOCATION OF EASEMENT made this <br />day of 2007, by the CITY OF CHARLOTTESVILLE, VIRGINIA, a <br />political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Virginia; HUNTLEY OF <br />CHARLOTTESVILLE, LTD., a Virginia corporation; 226 STRIBLING AVE., LC, a <br />Virginia limited liability company; and ARTHUR M. VALENTE and ALYSON C. <br />VALENTE, husband and wife, provides as follows: <br />WHEREAS, by virtue of a plat made by Bryan J. Chambers, Land Surveyor, dated <br />October 11, 2005, of record in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the City of <br />Charlottesville, Virginia in Deed Book 1070, page 702, a 20 foot water line easement was <br />established on the boundary of Lots 11 and 12, Phase 2 of Huntley Subdivision; and <br />WHEREAS, Arthur M. Valente and Alyson C. Valente are the owners of TMP <br />18A133000, on which a portion of said waterline is located; and <br />WHEREAS, said easement is for the benefit of the public, and as such, the City of <br />Charlottesville, Virginia is the only beneficiary of said easement; and <br />WHEREAS, by a plat of Bryan J. Chambers, Land Surveyor, dated July 21, 2006, of <br />record in said Clerk's Office in Deed Book 1112, pages 782-786, said easement was shown to <br />have been abandoned; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Charlottesville, Virginia hereby consents to the abandonment of <br />said easement; and <br />0 <br />
