AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND REORDAINING SECTIONS 2-5, 2-386, 2-387 and 2-389 • OF CHAPTER 2 (ADMINISTRATION), SECTION 22-5 OF CHAPTER 22 (PROCUREMENT), AND SECTION 34-282 OF CHAPTER 34 (ZONING) RELATING TO CHANGING THE NAME OF THE CHARLOTTESVILLE INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY. 11 • BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville, Virginia, that Section 2-5 of Article I, and Sections 2-386, 2-387 and 2-389 of Article XII, of Chapter 2 (Administration), Section 22-5 of Article I of Chapter 22 (City Procurement of Goods and Services from Non - Governmental Sources), and Section 34-282 of Article II of Chapter 34 (Zoning), are hereby amended and reordained, as follows: CHAPTER 2. ADMINISTRATION Article I. In General Sec. 2-5. Financial disclosure by certain officers and employees. The following officers and employees shall file, on or before January fifteenth of each year, as a condition to assuming or continuing office or employment, a disclosure statement of their personal interests and other information as is specified on the form set forth in the State and Local Government Conflict of Interests Act, Code of Virginia, section 2.2-3117: (1) City manager; (2) Deputy city manager; (3) Assistant city manager; (4) Chairman and members of the Charlottesville Industrial Economic Development Authority; (5) Director, chairman and members of the Charlottesville Redevelopment and Housing Authority; and (6) All department heads. Article XII. IndnstKinl Economic Development Authority Sec. 2-386. Definition. As used in this article the word "authority" means the industial economic development authority created by section 2-387. Sec. 2-387. Created; name. There is hereby created a political subdivision of the commonwealth to be known and designated as the Industrial Economic Development Authority of the City of Charlottesville, Virginia.
