Sec. 2-388. Board of directors. <br />• The authority shall be governed by board of directors in which all powers of the authority shall be <br />vested, composed of seven (7) members appointed by the city council as provided by general law. <br />Sec. 2-389. General powers and duties. <br />The authority shall have all such public and corporate powers as are or may from time to time be <br />conferred upon industrial development authorities generally by the provisions of the Industrial <br />Development and Revenue Bond Act, Code of Virginia, Chapte 33 o ftit'f' "_e ' S.' «§ 15.1 1373 <br />15.1 -1399) Chapter 49 of Title 15.2 (Sections 15.2-4900, et seq.) <br />and shall in the exercise of such powers adhere in all respects to the provisions of such act, except <br />as otherwise hereinafter expressly provided. <br />CHAPTER 22. CITY PROCUREMENT OF GOODS AND SERVICES FROM NON- <br />GOVERNMENTALSOURCES* <br />Article I. In General <br />Sec. 22-5.
