(a) Mixed use. For mixed use buildings and developments having twenty-five (25) percent to <br />seventy-five (75) percent of the gross floor area designed and occupied for residential use, <br />• residential density shall not exceed forty-three (43) DUA; however, up to eighty one <br />hundred twenty (120) DUA may be allowed by special use permit. <br />(b) Other residential development. Residential density shall not exceed twenty-one (2 1) DUA. <br />Sec. 34-602. Mixed-use developments. <br />No less than twenty-five (25) percent and no more than seventy-five (75) percent of the gross <br />floor area of a mixed-use building or development shall be designed and occupied for residential <br />use. <br />• Sec. 34-603.
