Sec. 34-641. Density <br />• (a) Mixed use. For a mixed use building or development, residential density shall not exceed sixty fow <br />(64) forty-three (43) DUA; however, up to two hundred (200) two hundred forty (240) DUA may be <br />allowed by special use permit. <br />(b) Other residential development. Residential density shall not exceed forty-three (43) DUA. <br />DIVISION 7. CHERRY AVENUE CORRIDOR ("CH") <br />Sec. 34-659. Area and density requirements. <br />(a) Each development site shall have a minimum floor -area -ratio (FAR) of 0.5. <br />(b) Residential density. <br />(1) Within a development containing only townhouse or multifamily dwellings density shall not <br />exceed twenty-one (21) DUA; however, up to forty-three (43) DUA may be allowed by special <br />use permit. For developments containing only single-family detached uses, the maximum number <br />of dwelling units shall be seven (7) units per acre. <br />(2) Within any mixed-use project which includes residential uses (including, without limitation, <br />townhouses) residential density shall not exceed forty-three (43) DUA. <br />• DIVISION 8.
