That in order to implement and facilitate the e'_fec_un- rion of the Redevelopment Plan hereby approved it us found and determined that certain official action must be taken by this Body with reference to, among other things, the vacating and removal of streets, alleys and other public rights-of-way, the establishment of new street patterns; the location and relocation of , seater and water mains and other public facilities, and, accordingly, this Body, hereby; (al pledges its c000rra- con in helping.to carry out such Redevelopment Plan; (b) requests the various officials, departments, boards and agencies of the Locality having administrative rc- . spcusibilities in the premises likewise to cooperate to each end and to exercise their respective functions and powers in a manner consistent with said Redevelopment Plan; sad (c) stands ready to consider and take appro- priate action upon proposals and measures designed to effectuate said Redevelopment Plan. 11.
