0 R E S O L U T I O N <br />BE. IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville, that <br />the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute on behalf of the City the following <br />document, in form approved by the City Attorney: <br />An amended agreement for operation of the Shenandoah Valley <br />Juvenile Detention Home, permitting Rockbridge County to <br />participate therein. <br />A copy of such document shall be kept on file with the minutes of <br />the Council meeting at which this resolution was adopted. <br />Adopted by the Council <br />April 2, 1979 <br />9 Copy Teste: <br />Clerk of the Council <br />
