0 <br />RESOLUTION <br />AUTHORIZING MAYOR TO SIGN EASEMENTS FOR <br />BELMONT SEWER AND DRAINAGE PROJECTS. <br />WHEREAS, this Council has previously approved and appropriated <br />funds to certain capital improvement projects in the Belmont neighborhood, <br />including the installation of a storm water drainage system between <br />Bolling Avenue and Stonehenge Avenue., and the replacement of a sanitary <br />sewer line between Bolling Avenue and Quarry Road; and <br />WHEREAS, in certain instances• following the installation of such <br />lines the city will release and'abandon its -rights in certain existing sewer <br />and drainage lines; and <br />WHEREAS, in those instances,it is.deemed•advisable for the city <br />to execute the deeds of easement for the properties affected by these <br />projects as evidence of such release and abandonment; now, therefore, <br />be it <br />RESOLVED by the Council of,the City of Charlottesville', that the <br />Mayor is hereby authorized fo execute deeds of easement releasing such <br />prior interests in connection with the aforesaid projects, in form approved <br />by the City Attorney, to which the C1erk.of the Council shall affix and <br />attest the corporate seal of the City. <br />Copy Teste: ' <br />Clerk of the Council <br />r 1 <br />u <br />Adopted by the Council <br />April 2, 1979 <br />
