.: Pg. 3 •Provided, however, that the amounts hereinabove appropriated for Salary , Supplements and Employee Benefits, or portions thereof, may on authorization from the City Manager be transferred by the Director of Finance to any departmental account in the General Fund, or to any other fund, and notwith- standing any other provision of this resolution to the contrary, be expended for salaries or employee benefits in such fund or account in the manner as sums originally appropriated thereto. Provided further that the sum appropriated for General Insurance shall - be transferred to the Risk Management Fund for.expenditure as hereinafter provided. Sums so appropriated which have not been.encumbered or expended as of June 30, 1980, shall be deemed to revert to the unappropriated balance of the General Fund, unless .this Council by resolution provides that any such sum shall be a continuing appropriation. 1 III. GAS FUND APPROPRIATION BE IT RESOLVED by the.Council of the City of Charlottesville, that there is hereby appropriated from the Gas Fund, for the operation of the gas utility during the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1979 and ending June 30, 1980, the sum of $6,469,862, or the'amount of revenue actually received •by such fund, whichever is the greater amount. Such appropriation shall be effective July 1, 1979., IV. WATER FUND APPROPRIATION BE IT RESOLVED by the^Council of the City of Charlottesville, that there is hereby appropriated from the Water.Fund, for the operation of the water utility during the fiscal year'beginning July 1, 1979 and ending June 30, 1980, the sum of $1,430,227, or the amount of revenueactually received by such fund, whichever is the greater amount. Such appropriation shall be effective July 1, 1979. V. SEWER FUND APPROPRIATION BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville, that there is hereby appropriated from the Sewer'Fund, for the operation'of the sewer utility during the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1979 and ending June 30, 1980, the sum of $1,678,745, or the amount of revenue actually received by such fund, whichever is the greater amount. Such appropriation shall be effective July 1, 1979. VI.
