COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUND APPROPRIATIONS BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City,of Charlottesville, that the sums hereinafter set forth are hereby appropriated from the Community Development Block Grant Fund for the respective programs or projects so set forth; subject to the approval, by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development, of the City's grant application for Year V Community Development Block Grant funds. Such appropriations shall be deemed to continue beyond the end of the 1980 fiscal year until further action by City Council; provided that -the City Manager may approve the. transfer of funds between or among such projects as permitted by applicable federal regulations.
