A RESOLUTION ` <br />GRANTING TO THE <br />LAMBETH LEAGUE BABE RUTH BASEBALL <br />A PERMIT TO CONDUCT <br />RAFFLES <br />WHEREAS, the Lambeth League Babe Ruth Baseball has.duly applied <br />for a permit to conduct raffles in compliance with §17-19 of the Code of the <br />City of Charlottesville, 1976, as amended; and <br />WHEREAS, it has been determined that the Lambeth League Babe Ruth <br />Baseball meets the qualifications as outlined in §17-19; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br />Charlottesville that a permit be granted to the Lambeth League Babe Ruth <br />Baseball to conduct raffles in accordance with all the provisions of §i7-19 <br />of the Code of the City of Charlottesville for a period beginning May 7, 1979 <br />and ending December 31, 1979; and <br />• BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the Council be directed to <br />send a copy of this resolution to the Director, Lambeth League Babe Ruth <br />Baseball. <br />Copy Teste: <br />Clerk of the Council <br />F-1 L <br />Adopted by the Council <br />May 7, 1979 <br />
