1 <br />RESOLUTION <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville, that <br />the City Manager is. hereby authorized to execute on behalf of the City the <br />following document, in form approved by the City Attorney: <br />Lease Agreement between the City of Charlottesville and the <br />Charlotte sviLle-Albemarle Clean Community Commission for <br />use of city owned property north of the Lane Athletic Stadium <br />for.:a Collection and Recycling Center. <br />A copy of such document shall -be kept on file with the minutes of <br />the Council meeting at which this resolution was adopted. <br />Adopted by the Council <br />May '7, 1979 <br />Copy Teste: <br />0 <br />of the Council <br />
