RESOLUTION <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville, <br />that the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute on behalf of the <br />City the following document, in form approved by the City Attorney: <br />Permit from the Commonwealth of Virginia, Marine Resources <br />Commission, granting the City permission to cross Meadow <br />Creek and Moores Creek with a 4' gas line approximately 4 <br />feet below the present creek bottoms. <br />A copy of such document shall be kept on file with the minutes <br />• of the Council meeting at which this resolution was adopted. <br />Approved by Council <br />July S, 1983 <br />83-6-32 <br />n <br />LJ <br />
