0 <br />L, <br />11 <br />RESOLUTION <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville, <br />that the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute on behalf of the <br />City the following document, in form approved by the City Attorney: <br />Quitclaim deed releasing to current property <br />owners any right, title, or interest which the <br />City may have in real property located in <br />Franklin Subdivision in Albemarle County. <br />A copy of such document shall be kept on file with the minutes <br />of the Council meeting at which this resolution was adopted. <br />Approved by Council <br />November 19, 1984 <br />UjArk of Council <br />Eiffeludi <br />
