• RESOLUTION <br />APPOINTING VIEWERS TO CONSIDER <br />A REQUEST FOR THE VACATION OF <br />AN ALLEY CONNECTING FORREST STREET AND ALB04ARLE STREET <br />WHEREAS, this Council has received a petition requesting <br />vacation of an alley, fifteen feet wide, connecting Forrest <br />Street and Albemarle Street between Dale Avenue and Charlton <br />Avenue; and <br />WHEREAS, it appears to Council that the notice required <br />by Section 15.1-364 of the Code of Virginia (1950), as <br />amended, has been duly advertised; now, therefore <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Charlottes - <br />40 ville that Ms. Mary Jane Haynes, Messrs. W. J. Copeland and <br />H. P.
