• RESOLUTION <br />GRANTING SPECIAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW <br />FOR OCCUPANCY BY UP TO 6 UNRELATED PERSONS <br />IN BARRISTER APARTMENTS AT 1900 JEFFERSON PARK AVENUE <br />WHEREAS, application has been made for a special use <br />permit to allow for occupancy by up to 6 unrelated persons <br />per unit in the nine 4 bedroom units of the Barrister Apart- <br />ments at 1900 Jefferson Park Avenue under §31-28(k) of the <br />Code of the City of Charlottesville, as amended; and <br />WHEREAS, the site plan for Barrister Apartments was <br />approved, but they had not been fully occupied, prior to the <br />adoption of §31-28(k); and <br />WHEREAS, following a joint public hearing before this <br />Council and the planning commission, duly advertised and <br />held on September 11, 1984, this Council finds that such <br />units will conform to the standards set forth in §31-28(k) <br />and to the criteria applicable to special permits generally <br />under Chapter 31 of the City Code; now, therefore <br />• BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Char- <br />lottesville, Virginia that a special use permit is granted <br />pursuant to City Code §31-28, as amended, to allow occupancy <br />by up to 6 unrelated persons per unit in the nine 4 bedroom <br />apartment units on the property at 1900 Jefferson Park <br />Avenue, designated as Parcels 101, 101.1 and 101.2 on City <br />Real Property Tax Map 16. <br />Approved by Council <br />November 5, 1984 <br />rCouncil <br />0 <br />84-6-55 <br />
