0 <br />RESOLUTION <br />ACCEPTING BIRDWOOD COURT <br />INTO THE CITY SYSTEM FOR MAINTENANCE <br />WHEREAS, RVC Corporation has completed construction of a <br />street 751 feet in length, designated as Birdvood Court on a <br />subdivision plat dated , of record in the Clerk's <br />Office of the Circuit Court of the City of Charlottesville in <br />Deed Book , page _; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer has inspected the construction <br />of such street and the installation of rater and sanitary <br />sever mains therein, and has certified to the Council that all <br />such construction has been completed in accordance with <br />current City standards and regulations; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the aforesaid Birdwood Court is <br />hereby accepted into the City street system for maintenance <br />purposes and that the aforesaid water and sanitary sewer mains <br />are likewise accepted as part of the City utility system. <br />• <br />Approved by Council <br />April 20, 1987 <br />Clerk of Council <br />87-6-22 <br />• <br />
