RESOLUTION <br />• GRANTING SPECIAL USE PERMIT TO ROBERT AND IVY WEITZNER <br />FOR PROPERTY KNOWN AS 108 CLARKE COURT APARTMENTS <br />WHEREAS, Robert and Ivy Weitzner, owners of property known as <br />108 Clarke Court, have requested a special use permit to increase <br />the density of the apartments under construction from 12 total <br />dwelling units to 14 total dwelling units; this property being <br />further identified on City Real Property Tax Map #17 as parcels 91 <br />and 91.6 (combined), having approximately 56 feet of frontage on <br />Clarke Court, and containing approximately 25,965 square feet of <br />land, or .60 acres; <br />WHEREAS, following a joint public hearing before this Council <br />and the Planning Commission, duly advertised and held on <br />November 12, 1991, this Council finds that such use will conform to <br />the criteria applicable to special permits generally under Chapter <br />34 of the City Code, and the standards for higher density set forth <br />in Code section 34-201; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville, <br />Virginia that a special use permit is hereby granted to Robert and <br />Ivy Weitzner to increase the density of the apartments under <br />construction at 108 Clarke Court from 12 total dwelling units to 14 <br />total dwelling units. <br />• The approval of this special use permit is conditioned upon <br />administrative approval of the amended site plan, which shall <br />include the following: <br />(a) Location of a bicycle storage rack/area; <br />(b) Details of replacement plantings along the outside of the <br />proposed fence in the area; and <br />(c) Details of the barbecue and picnic area proposed. <br />Approved by Council <br />December 2, 1991 <br />k of City Council <br />9 -6-51 <br />• <br />
