0 <br />2. That intersection/corner radius improvements be made <br />at the following intersections: <br />a) Lexington Avenue and East High Street - <br />Northeast corner radius increase and alignment <br />of street curb edge toward Locust Avenue. <br />b) Taylor Street and Lexington Avenue - Southeast <br />corner radius increase. <br />c) Locust Avenue and Sycamore Street - Northwest <br />and southwest corner radius increases to 15' <br />along with curbing. <br />3. The.provision by the applicants of a pedestrian walk <br />signal system at the intersection of Locust Avenue and East <br />High Street. <br />4. The design of the Sycamore Street parking access to <br />discourage entry and exit from the Lexington Avenue side and <br />encourage access by way of the Locust Avenue side only. <br />5. The design and development of a storm water <br />• detention system as part of the expansion project including <br />the Phase I Parking Decks. <br />. 6. The development of the additions to the Martha <br />Jefferson Hospital shall be compatible and sympathetic in <br />materials, details and character to the surrounding <br />neighborhood. The Director of Planning and Community <br />Development or the Planning Commission shall be provided <br />detailed designs and elevations to verify this. <br />7. The development of an interim plan for parking to <br />accommodate as many spaces as possible, lost during the <br />construction of the Parking Decks. <br />8. Assurance that mechanical equipment will not produce <br />noise levels which would have an undue adverse impact on the <br />adjacent area. <br />9. That the parking deck be so designed so that it <br />cannot be raised in height in the future. <br />10. That the lighting on the top floor in the Parking <br />Garage be perimeter lighting as opposed to pole lighting to <br />avoid adverse impact on adjacent neighborhood. <br />11. That houses owned or hereafter acquired by Martha <br />• Jefferson Hospital on the east side of Lexington Avenue <br />OJ <br />
