• (3) Rear yard: If the rear of the lot adjoins <br />a residential district or use, there shall be a <br />rear yard having a depth of not less than twenty <br />(20) feet, and an additional setback of twenty-five <br />(25) feet after the first forty (40) feet of the <br />rear wall of the building. <br />5. The advertisement shall be by publication and shall state <br />that the amendments and new map will be considered at a joint <br />public hearing on May 6, 1991, after which the Planning Commission <br />shall make a recommendation to City Council.
