1D1:4:Ii: <br />An Abstract of Resolution <br />December 16, 1991 <br />By a resolution offered by the City Council of the City of <br />Charlottesville for first reading on December 16, 1991, and adopted <br />by a vote of at least two-thirds of its members, on January 6, <br />1992, the Council took the initial step toward forming a special <br />assessment or tax district pursuant to §15.1-239 of the Code of <br />Virginia for certain properties located in the University of <br />Virginia -Corner area.
