Construction of an internal connection between the front <br />access roads and the rear road off of Twyman to provide for <br />internal circulation as an alternative to use of the Twyman Road <br />access. The internal connector road must be completed prior to the <br />issuance of a certificate of occupancy for the new student <br />activities building. <br />7. The addition of screening along the eastern edge of the <br />new internal connection to buffer adjacent residences. <br />8. Alteration to the internal circulation patterns to <br />require exits only by way of the signalized road out to Ivy Road <br />during peak hours. <br />9. Additional buffer screening shall be provided for the new <br />parking area adjacent to the parking lot near the Twyman Road <br />access. <br />10. School officials shall notify parents in writing at the <br />beginning of each school year that they should use the Ivy Road <br />entrance. <br />• 11. During construction of the proposed addition, all <br />construction vehicles will be contained on site, and enter and exit <br />only from the Ivy Road entrance. School officials shall obtain the <br />prior approval of the City Planning staff if for any reason <br />construction vehicles are unable to use the Ivy Road access. <br />12.
